Collection (Click & Collect)
Click & Collect is available with a minimum of two days’ notice.
Please add your preferred collection date in the notes section before checkout.
All collections must be scheduled within our business hours.
The collection address is within the S60 postcode area.
Delivery
If you need to change your delivery date, please notify us at least two days in advance.
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to delivery dates within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery.

Premium Delivery (S8, S11, S17, S18, S20, S35) – £10

For same-day delivery or locations outside these postcodes, please contact us.
Important Notes
If no one is available at the delivery address, flowers may be left in a safe place or with reception, unless instructed otherwise.
If delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to the shop. Redelivery will incur an additional fee.
Orders with incorrect addresses may require a redelivery charge.
Flowers not collected within 24 hours are non-refundable, and freshness cannot be guaranteed.
In cases of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, delivery may be delayed or cancelled. A full refund will be provided if this occurs.
