At Bigger Flower, we are committed to providing beautiful floral designs and excellent customer service. Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully. These do not affect your statutory rights.
1. Delivery
We offer delivery within Sheffield and selected surrounding areas. Delivery charges are based on distance and will be shown at checkout or provided upon enquiry.
Same-day delivery may be available if your order is placed before 12pm, subject to flower availability.
During peak seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas), earlier cut-off times may apply due to demand.
Timed deliveries are only guaranteed for weddings, events, and funeral flowers. For all other orders, AM/PM delivery preferences will be met when possible but cannot be guaranteed.
Standard delivery times are between 10am – 6pm.
If the recipient is not available:
We may leave the flowers with a neighbour or in a safe place unless instructed otherwise.
If the delivery cannot be completed, the flowers may be returned to us and a collection card will be left.
If no contact is made within 24 hours, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss of freshness, and no refund will be issued.
Re-delivery due to incorrect addresses or missed delivery requests will incur an additional delivery fee.
Weather / unforeseen circumstances:
In rare cases of severe weather or unexpected disruption, we reserve the right to delay or cancel delivery. A full refund will be offered if we cannot fulfil your order.
2. Products
Our services include: wedding florals, event flowers, gift bouquets, bespoke arrangements, installations, seasonal workshops, and related accessories.
All products may be ordered online, by message, or via direct enquiry.
3. Substitutions
Flowers are seasonal and subject to availability.
We may substitute flowers or materials of equal or higher value to maintain the overall style, colour palette, and quality of your arrangement.
Every arrangement is unique and handmade — no two bouquets will ever be identical.
4. Payment
Full payment is required before an order is processed or delivered.
For weddings and large events:
A non-refundable 30% booking fee is required to secure your date.
The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before the event date.
Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, and card payments (where available).
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Gift Bouquets & Small Orders
Flowers are perishable and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or fail to meet our freshness guarantee.
If you are unhappy with your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours with photos.
We guarantee freshness for 5–7 days depending on variety. Short-life flowers (e.g., tulips, anemones, ranunculus) naturally have shorter vase lives.
Weddings & Events
The booking fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the event date cannot be refunded, as flowers will have already been ordered and production may have begun.
6. Returns (Non-Perishable Items)
Non-perishable items such as vases, accessories, or tools may be returned within 14 days in original condition with proof of purchase.
Refunds or exchanges will be issued where applicable.
7. Workshops
Workshop bookings are non-refundable but may be transferable to another date (subject to availability).
Bigger Flower reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops. A full refund or alternative date will be offered.
8. Feedback & Complaints
We aim to ensure every customer has a positive experience.
