To ensure a smooth experience, all orders must be paid in full before being processed,

unless otherwise agreed in advance with a Winnisim Florals team member. Please see the details below:

Weddings

•A deposit of 10% is required at the time of placing your wedding flower order to secure your date.

•The remaining balance is due two weeks before the wedding day.

• Final details and the final payment are due 28 days before your wedding date.

• All payment timelines and floral plans will be discussed during your consultation.

Flowers, Plants, Gifts & Deliveries

• All shop orders and floral purchases (including delivery or collection items) must be paid for in full at the time of ordering — no exceptions.
